Cancellation Policy
If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Deposits may be transferred when notice is given on time. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in the loss of the deposit. 1. ON-TIME CANCELLATION (24–48h before) Deposit is transferred (not lost) • Client can reschedule • Deposit applied to next booking 2. LATE CANCELLATION (<24h) Deposit is forfeited (100% kept) No partial refunds No negotiation 3. NO-SHOW Deposit is fully lost
